How to Record Your Screen

Follow these steps to create your first screen recording:

Add a Source
添加源
In the Sources panel (bottom-left), click the + button and choose:

- Display Capture — records your entire screen
- 显示器捕获 — 录制整个屏幕
- Window Capture — records a specific application window
- 窗口捕获 — 录制特定应用窗口
- Game Capture — best for recording games

Preview Your Source
预览源
You'll see a live preview in the center area. Drag to resize or reposition the source.
中间区域会显示实时预览，可以拖动调整源的大小和位置。

Start Recording
开始录制
Click Start Recording in the bottom-right controls, or press your configured hotkey.
点击右下角的 开始录制，或按你配置的快捷键。

Stop Recording
停止录制
Click Stop Recording or press your stop hotkey. The recording is automatically saved to your configured path.
点击 停止录制 或按停止快捷键，录制文件自动保存到你配置的路径。

Find Your Recording
找到录制文件
Go to File → Show Recordings to open the folder containing your video file.
点击 文件 → 显示录制文件 打开保存录制文件的文件夹。
Always do a short test recording first to make sure audio and video are working correctly.
正式录制前先做一次短测试，确保音视频都正常工作。
