Easy Free PDF Manager + AI

Easy Free PDF Manager Practical Operation Tutorial

1. Overview of Core Software Functions

Easy Free PDF Manager is a fully local PDF processing tool that requires no internet connection. Its core functions include:

  • PDF merging, splitting, and page sorting
  • Page rotation, deletion, and single-page export
  • Adding/removing watermarks and setting password encryption
  • AI assistant for auxiliary processing (internet connection required)

Simple operation logic: Drag and drop PDF to open → Select function → Save result. All operations are completed locally to ensure file security.

2. Basic Operation: Single PDF File Processing

Take "single PDF page management" as an example. The operation steps are as follows:

  1. Open a PDF File

Drag and drop the PDF file directly into the software window, or click the "Open" button in the upper left corner to select the file. All page thumbnails will be displayed after opening.

  2. Page Editing Operations

In the "Pages" toolbar, you can perform the following operations:

    • Delete: Select the page and click to delete unnecessary pages
    • Up/Down: Adjust the order of pages, or directly drag page thumbnails to sort
    • Rotate left/right: Rotate the page direction
    • Export page: Export the selected page as an independent PDF file
  3. Save Modifications

After editing, click "Save" to overwrite the original file, or click "Save As" to save as a new file to avoid modifying the original file.

3. Advanced Operation: Dual PDF Merging/Splitting

Supports opening 2 PDFs at the same time to realize cross-file page dragging, merging, and splitting. The steps are as follows:

  1. Open the Second PDF

After opening the first PDF, click the "Open 2nd PDF" button to select the second PDF file. The software will automatically display the pages of the two files in two columns (left and right).

  2. Cross-File Page Operations

Directly drag page thumbnails to move pages between the two PDFs to achieve:

    • Merge two PDFs into one (drag pages from the right to the left)
    • Split specified pages from a large PDF (drag pages to the blank right column)
    • Reorganize the page order of the two PDFs
  3. Save Results Separately

After the operation is completed, select the PDFs in the left and right columns respectively, and click "Save As" to save them as new files to avoid confusion.

  • Batch Processing: Supports batch selecting pages (hold Ctrl and click) for batch deletion, rotation, and export.
  • Software Startup: Corresponding to the initial interface in the third screenshot, you can directly drag a PDF to open it, or quickly open recently edited files from "Recent files".
  • Format Compatibility: Supports all standard PDF formats, including scanned PDFs (only page operations are supported, not OCR text recognition).
