PDF Max - Free PDF Editor & PDF Reader is a full-featured PDF desktop application that supports reading, editing, annotating, converting, form filling, page management, signing, protecting, and more. All functions are integrated into a Ribbon-style toolbar for an intuitive workflow.
2. 安装与启动2. Install & Launch
从 Microsoft Store 下载并安装应用。点击下方链接或搜索 "PDF Max" 即可。
Download and install from the Microsoft Store. Click the link below or search for "PDF Max".
3. 文件菜单3. File Menu
点击左上角 文件 菜单，可访问新建、打开、保存、另存为、打印、属性等操作。
Click the File menu at the top-left to access New, Open, Save, Save As, Print, Properties, and more.
新建 PDFNew PDF
从空白文档创建 PDF：文件 → 新建 → 选择页面大小（A4 / Letter）→ 确定。您可以从图片或文本文件创建新 PDF。
Create PDF from blank: File → New → choose page size (A4 / Letter) → OK. You can also create a new PDF from images or text files.
打开文件Open File
支持直接拖拽 PDF 文件到窗口，或通过 文件 → 打开 选择文件。最近打开的文件会显示在文件菜单底部。
Drag and drop a PDF into the window, or use File → Open. Recently opened files appear at the bottom of the File menu.
保存与导出Save & Export
编辑后使用 Ctrl + S 保存。另存为支持选择不同格式。应用也会自动保存编辑进度。
After editing, press Ctrl + S to save. Save As supports different formats. The app also auto-saves your editing progress.
打印Print
文件 → 打印 或 Ctrl + P 打开打印对话框，可选择打印机、页码范围、份数等。
File → Print or Ctrl + P opens the print dialog where you can select the printer, page range, copies, etc.
4. 首页选项卡4. Home Tab
首页选项卡包含阅读、选择和视图控制三个核心功能组。
The Home tab contains three core function groups: Reading, Selection, and View controls.
阅读模式Reading Mode
单击 阅读模式 进入全屏阅读，隐藏编辑工具。按 Esc 退出。
Click Read Mode to enter full-screen reading, hiding editing tools. Press Esc to exit.
选择工具Select Tool
使用 手形工具 滚动页面，使用 选择工具 选中文字和图片进行复制。
Use the Hand Tool to scroll pages, and the Select Tool to select text and images for copying.
缩放与视图Zoom & View
按住 Ctrl + 滚轮缩放，或在右下角调整缩放比例。支持单页、双页和连续滚动视图。
Hold Ctrl + Scroll to zoom, or adjust the zoom level at the bottom-right. Supports single-page, two-page, and continuous scrolling views.
5. 编辑选项卡5. Edit Tab
编辑选项卡允许编辑 PDF 内容：添加图片、链接、水印、页眉页脚和页码。
The Edit tab lets you modify PDF content: add images, links, watermarks, headers/footers, and page numbers.
- 图片：点击"图片"按钮，选择 PNG/JPG 文件插入到当前页面，拖拽调整位置和大小。Image: Click the "Image" button, select a PNG/JPG file to insert into the current page. Drag to adjust position and size.
- 链接：选中文字或区域后添加超链接，支持网页 URL 和页面内部跳转。Link: Select text or an area, then add a hyperlink — supports web URLs and internal page jumps.
6. 批注与标记6. Annotate & Markup
批注工具是最常用的功能之一。您可以高亮文字、添加便签、绘制图形、添加文本框等。
Annotation tools are among the most frequently used features. Highlight text, add sticky notes, draw shapes, add text boxes, and more.
高亮与下划线Highlight & Underline
选中文字后点击高亮按钮，或直接使用高亮工具在文字上拖动。支持黄色、绿色、粉色等多种颜色。右键高亮区域可添加注释或删除。
Select text then click the highlight button, or use the highlight tool to drag over text. Supports yellow, green, pink, and more colors. Right-click a highlighted area to add a note or delete.
便签与评论Sticky Notes
点击便签按钮后在页面上单击放置。便签支持输入多行文字，可折叠/展开。所有批注会在左侧批注面板中列出。
Click the Sticky Note button, then click on the page to place. Notes support multi-line text and can be collapsed/expanded. All annotations are listed in the left-side annotation panel.
绘图与形状Draw & Shapes
使用铅笔工具自由绘制，或插入矩形、椭圆、线条、箭头等形状。可调整颜色、粗细和透明度。
Use the pencil tool for freehand drawing, or insert shapes like rectangles, ellipses, lines, and arrows. Adjust color, thickness, and opacity.
7. 页面管理7. Page Management
页面选项卡提供完整的页面编辑功能：排序、旋转、插入、提取、删除和裁剪。
The Pages tab provides full page editing: reorder, rotate, insert, extract, delete, and crop.
排序与旋转Reorder & Rotate
在左侧缩略图面板中，直接拖拽页面缩略图即可调整顺序。右击页面缩略图可旋转（顺时针/逆时针 90° 或 180°）。
In the left thumbnail panel, drag page thumbnails to reorder. Right-click a thumbnail to rotate (clockwise/counter-clockwise 90° or 180°).
插入与提取Insert & Extract
页面 → 插入 → 从文件添加页面，或插入空白页。页面 → 提取 → 选择页码范围，将选中页面导出为新的 PDF 文件。
Pages → Insert → Add pages from file, or insert blank pages. Pages → Extract → Choose a page range to export selected pages as a new PDF file.
删除与裁剪Delete & Crop
选择页面后点击删除按钮即可移除。裁剪功能允许手动调整页面边距或选择裁剪区域。
Select pages and click delete to remove them. The crop function lets you manually adjust page margins or select a crop area.
8. 表单填写8. Forms
自动识别 PDF 表单中的可填写字段，点击即可输入文字。支持文本框、复选框、下拉列表等标准表单控件。
Automatically detects fillable fields in PDF forms — click to type. Supports text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns, and other standard form controls.
9. 安全与保护9. Protect & Secure
保护选项卡提供密码加密、权限设置和数字签名功能。
The Protect tab provides password encryption, permission settings, and digital signature features.
10. 工具选项卡10. Tools Tab
工具选项卡集成了 PDF 转换、压缩、OCR 文字识别等高级功能。
The Tools tab integrates advanced features including PDF conversion, compression, and OCR text recognition.
11. 帮助与反馈11. Help & Feedback
点击右上角 帮助 选项卡可访问：在线教程、发送反馈、检查更新、关于页面等。
Click the Help tab at the top-right to access: online tutorials, send feedback, check for updates, about page, and more.
切换语言Change Language
应用支持中文和英文界面切换。操作步骤：
The app supports switching between Chinese and English. Steps:
- 点击右上角 帮助 选项卡Click the Help tab at the top right
- 选择 设置（或点击 帮助 → 语言设置）Select Settings (or click Help → Language Settings)
- 在"语言"下拉框中选择 中文 或 EnglishChoose 中文 or English from the language dropdown
- 点击 确定，弹出提示后重启应用即可生效Click OK, then restart the app to apply the change
