如何开始查看 PCD 图片？

How do I start viewing PCD images?

启动 PCD Viewer。Launch PCD Viewer.
点击底部工具栏的打开按钮（或按 Ctrl + O），选择一个 .pcd 文件。Click the Open button on the bottom toolbar (or press Ctrl + O) and select a .pcd file.
图片会显示在主区域。右侧信息面板可切换不同分辨率。The image will appear in the main area. Use the right-side info panel to switch resolution levels.
用鼠标滚轮缩放，按住左键或中键拖动来平移。Use the mouse wheel to zoom, and hold the left or middle mouse button to pan.

🎨 界面概览Interface Overview

主显示区： 中间大面积区域用于显示当前 PCD 图片。

Main display area: the large central area shows the current PCD image.

底部工具栏： 从左到右依次为文件（浏览文件夹、打开、导出、批量导出、复制）、导航（上一张/下一张）、缩放、旋转、视图（信息面板、全屏）。

Bottom toolbar: from left to right: File (Browse Folder, Open, Export, Batch Export, Copy), Navigation (Previous/Next), Zoom, Rotation, View (Info Panel, Fullscreen).

右侧面板： 显示文件名、大小、当前分辨率列表。点击 i 按钮可展开/收起。

Right panel: shows file name, size, and the resolution list. Click the i button to show or hide it.

📂 打开文件Opening Files

方式一：通过工具栏打开

Method 1: Open from the toolbar

点击底部工具栏的打开图标。Click the Open icon on the bottom toolbar.
在文件对话框中选择一个 .pcd 文件。Select a .pcd file in the file dialog.

方式二：拖拽打开

Method 2: Drag and drop

在文件资源管理器中选中一个或多个 .pcd 文件。Select one or more .pcd files in File Explorer.
拖拽到 PCD Viewer 窗口中释放。Drag them into the PCD Viewer window.

方式三：命令行打开

可以将 .pcd 文件关联到 PCD Viewer，然后双击打开；或者在命令行运行：

提示： 打开一个文件后，程序会自动加载同目录下的其他 .pcd 文件，你可以用左右方向键快速切换。

Tip: after opening a file, the app automatically loads other .pcd files in the same folder. Use the Left/Right arrow keys to switch quickly.

🖼 浏览文件夹Browsing a Folder

如果某个文件夹里有几十上百个 .pcd 文件，光看文件名根本分不清哪张是哪张。浏览文件夹窗口会把整个文件夹做成缩略图网格，一眼就能挑出想看的，不用逐个点开盲试。

When a folder holds dozens or hundreds of .pcd files, file names alone tell you nothing about their contents, so you end up opening them one by one. The Browse Folder window lays the whole folder out as a thumbnail grid, so you can pick the image you want at a glance.

工具栏：点击 浏览文件夹 图标（文件夹形状，位于打开按钮右侧）。若已有图片打开，默认显示该图片所在的文件夹。Toolbar: click the Browse Folder icon (folder shape, right of the Open button). If an image is already open, it starts in that image's folder.
快捷键：Ctrl + Shift + O。Shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + O.
拖拽：把整个文件夹从资源管理器拖到主窗口。Drag and drop: drag an entire folder from File Explorer into the main window.

如果还没有打开任何图片，程序会先弹出文件夹选择对话框，让你指定要浏览的目录。

If no image is open yet, the app first asks you to choose the folder you want to browse.

双击缩略图（或选中后按 Enter、点击 Open）：该图片在主窗口中打开，浏览窗口自动关闭。Double-click a thumbnail (or select it and press Enter, or click Open): the image opens in the main window and the browser closes.
点击 Choose Folder... 可切换到其他文件夹。Click Choose Folder... to switch to another folder.
按 Esc 直接关闭浏览窗口。Press Esc to close the browser.

为什么这么快： 缩略图取自 PCD 内建的 Base/16 小图，解码代价只有最高层级的百分之一左右，所以上百个文件的文件夹也能在一两秒内铺满。首次打开会稍慢，之后打开同一文件夹会直接读缓存，几乎瞬开。

Why it is fast: thumbnails come from the small Base/16 preview built into every PCD file, which decodes at roughly 1/100 the cost of the highest level — so a folder with hundreds of files fills in a second or two. The first pass is the slow one; later opens read the cache and are near-instant.

注意： 个别损坏或不完整的 PCD 文件会显示 Cannot preview 占位，不影响同目录其他文件的预览。

Note: a damaged or incomplete PCD shows a Cannot preview placeholder and does not affect the other files in the folder.

🔍 缩放与平移Zoom & Pan

缩放

Zoom

鼠标滚轮：向上放大，向下缩小。Mouse wheel: scroll up to zoom in, down to zoom out.
工具栏按钮：放大 + / 缩小 -。Toolbar buttons: Zoom In + / Zoom Out -.
适应窗口 Ctrl + 9：让图片完整显示在窗口中。Fit to Window Ctrl + 9: fit the entire image inside the window.
实际像素 Ctrl + 0：按 1:1 原始尺寸显示。Actual Size Ctrl + 0: display at 1:1 original size.

平移

Pan

按住 鼠标左键 或 鼠标中键 拖动。Hold the left or middle mouse button and drag.
也可以按住 空格 键，同时按住鼠标左键拖动。Alternatively, hold the Space key and drag with the left mouse button.

🔄 旋转Rotation

点击底部工具栏的顺时针 / 逆时针旋转按钮，图片会按 90° 步进旋转。旋转是实时生效的，不会影响原文件。

Click the clockwise / counter-clockwise rotation buttons on the bottom toolbar. The image rotates in 90° steps. Rotation is applied in real time and does not affect the original file.

🎟 分辨率级别Resolution Levels

Kodak Photo CD 文件通常包含多个分辨率层级。右侧信息面板的 Resolution Levels 列表中显示了所有可用层级：

注意： 高分辨率文件较大，加载可能需要更长时间。如果高分辨率帧损坏，程序会自动尝试回退到较低分辨率。

Note: higher-resolution frames are larger and may take longer to load. If a high-resolution frame is corrupt, the app automatically falls back to a lower resolution.

⛶ 全屏模式Fullscreen

按 F11 或双击图片区域进入全屏。Press F11 or double-click the image area to enter fullscreen.
全屏模式下工具栏和信息面板会自动隐藏，让你专注于图片。The toolbar and info panel automatically hide in fullscreen so you can focus on the image.
再次按 F11、双击图片或按 Esc 退出全屏。Press F11 again, double-click the image, or press Esc to exit fullscreen.

📤 导出单张图片Export Single Image

打开一张 PCD 图片。Open a PCD image.
在右侧面板选择想要导出的分辨率。Select the desired resolution in the right panel.
点击底部工具栏的导出按钮（或按 Ctrl + S）。Click the Export button on the toolbar (or press Ctrl + S).
选择保存位置、格式（Jpeg / Png / Tiff / Bmp）和 Jpeg 质量，点击保存。Choose the save location, format (Jpeg / Png / Tiff / Bmp), and Jpeg quality, then click Save.

✨ 批量导出Batch Export

批量导出可以一次性把整个文件夹中的 .pcd 文件转换为普通图片格式。

Batch Export lets you convert all .pcd files in a folder to common image formats at once.

点击底部工具栏的 批量导出 图标（位于导出按钮右侧、复制按钮左侧）。Click the Batch Export icon on the bottom toolbar (between the Export and Copy buttons).
在弹出的窗口中，点击 Browse... 选择 Input Folder（存放 .pcd 文件的文件夹）。In the dialog, click Browse... to choose the Input Folder containing .pcd files.
选择 Output Folder（导出图片保存位置）。Choose the Output Folder where exported images will be saved.
选择 Output Format，如果选 Jpeg 可调整 JPEG Quality。Select the Output Format. If Jpeg is selected, adjust the JPEG Quality.
点击 Start Export 开始批量转换。Click Start Export to begin batch conversion.

💡

提示： 导出的文件名会自动带上分辨率后缀，例如 image_192x128.jpg，方便区分不同清晰度。

Tip: exported file names automatically include the resolution suffix, e.g. image_192x128.jpg, making it easy to distinguish different qualities.

❓ 常见问题FAQ

为什么有些高分辨率无法加载？

Why can't some high resolutions load?

如果 PCD 文件的高分辨率帧损坏或不完整，程序会自动尝试加载下一个较低分辨率，以保证你能看到图片内容。

If a high-resolution frame is corrupt or incomplete, the app automatically tries the next lower resolution so you can still see the image.

支持哪些导出格式？

What export formats are supported?

目前支持 Jpeg、Png、Tiff 和 Bmp。Jpeg 导出时可调整质量（1-100）。

Jpeg, Png, Tiff, and Bmp are supported. Jpeg quality can be adjusted from 1 to 100.

可以同时打开多个文件吗？

Can I open multiple files at once?

可以拖拽多个文件到窗口，程序会加载第一个文件，并把同目录下的其他 PCD 文件加入导航列表。如果拖入的是一个文件夹，则会打开浏览文件夹窗口，用缩略图网格展示该目录下的全部 .pcd。

You can drag multiple files into the window. The app loads the first one and adds other PCD files in the same folder to the navigation list. If you drop a folder, the Browse Folder window opens instead, showing every .pcd in that directory as a thumbnail grid.

浏览文件夹里的缩略图为什么显示 "Cannot preview"？

Why does a thumbnail in the folder browser say "Cannot preview"?

说明该 PCD 文件的预览帧无法解码，通常是文件损坏、不完整，或者没有读取权限。这不影响同目录其他文件的预览，你仍然可以尝试在主窗口中直接打开它。

That PCD's preview frame could not be decoded — usually because the file is damaged, incomplete, or unreadable due to permissions. It does not affect the rest of the folder, and you can still try opening it directly in the main window.

第二次打开同一个文件夹为什么快很多？可以清掉缓存吗？

Why is the second visit to a folder so much faster, and can I clear that?

缩略图会缓存在 %LocalAppData%\PCDViewer\thumbcache（每张约 6 KB），再次打开同一文件夹时直接读缓存。删除该目录即可强制重建；修改或替换过的 PCD 文件会自动重新生成缩略图。

Thumbnails are cached in %LocalAppData%\PCDViewer\thumbcache (roughly 6 KB each), so revisiting a folder reads from the cache. Delete that folder to force a rebuild; a modified or replaced PCD regenerates its thumbnail automatically.

为什么底部状态栏有时显示文件大小为 0？

Why does the bottom status bar sometimes show file size as 0?

如果没有文件打开，或者文件信息尚未加载完成，状态栏会显示占位符。打开文件后会自动更新。

If no file is open or file info has not finished loading, the status bar shows a placeholder. It updates automatically once a file is opened.
